Delivery Information :

For Plain Garments Customers: 

If you place an order with us for the plain garments and goods. then expect the order to be delivered within 2 Working days depending on the stock levels. We use best courier companies as well as royal mail to provide you with your order quickly and efficiently. Large orders are normally tracked and insured.

For Printed Garments Customers:

If you place an order with us for printing then usually the delivery is within two weeks unless you need it urgently. We do our best to serve all customers fairly and have got excellent order dispatch record.

We may charge set up fee for print for small order which could be upto £15 for each logo.

For Special Order Customers: 

If you have placed a special order with us (e.g special uniform, football/cricket club kit, tabard sports bibs) then depending on the availability can provide you the products within four weeks of placing the order. This time include planning, designing and production in our offshore manufacturing unit.


Returns and Cancellations

For Plain garments/goods:

In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched same day for plain garments. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order after we have dispatched.

For printing and embroidery orders: 

Expenses are incurred once an order is placed with us for printing including artwork production, mockup designs, ordering of materials, and placement of orders with vendors which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. If an order is cancelled once placed, we reserve the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.

However if the order is printed on customer request or order is placed by customer of printed product then it can not be cancelled as we print the product once we received the order hence please make sure everything once you place the order. 

For made to order products:

for made to order products, once order is placed it can not be cancelled if order is processed by us or order is placed with supplier. However at our on goodwill gesture and customer service if possible we will try our best to cancel with factory or supplier with no cost or of the  minimum cost.

Returns

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us. As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification".

Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a medium by Gildan. On every product there is accurate sizing information for that item in the product product description.

All personalised items from SportsFront limited are made to order; this includes items purchased from our "pre-designed" section or items purchased through affiliated merchandise stores.This also applies to the made to order or order printed. 

As most of the garments comes plain and printing is done afterwards hence it is not possible to have washing instruction label inside the garment. Hence all the printed garments should never be tumble dried, should never be dry cleaned, should never is steam ironed, Should only be ironed inside out of the garment and not ironed directly to the print. Printed garments should not be washed in excessive or extreme wash. Normal guide line is it should be washed at 30c and set to about 600 spin dry. These are just the guideline to help customer hence we are not responsible for it.

For faulty product please inform us in writing and we will reply you with Return Authorization Number.

For printing product return we will check the items whether it is manufacturing fault or  fault developed due to excessive washing or tumble dryer use which should never be done on printed products. Please ask us for washing instructions if you are in doubt or if you don't know.

All the faulty product returns will be inspected to determine if it is manufacturing fault or fault developed due to customer not adhering the recommended instruction of use of the product or after care. If it turn out to be manufacturing fault then we will replace the item however if it is customer fault then item will be return back to them. In many instants at our own we do repair as good will gesture. 

Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact customer services with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.
